Welcome Aboard the Shuckle Ferry!
Our surveyed barge, captained by certified skipper and long-time oysterman, Andrew Hay, will take you to harvest our delicious oysters. We will guide you through the art of shucking an oyster and then the eating begins.
You'll smell and feel the crisp, moisture-laden sea air, rest your eyes on the Mahurangi River where the oysters grow, and experience the cycle of the tides so vital in an oyster’s life.
2 hours based around low tide.
$95 per person.
